We get so much great feedback and suggestions for shows and all that kind of stuff.

So one of the things we're doing So Before Life is we do a weekly podcast discussion group

where we discuss whatever the podcast episode was the day before.

So yesterday, Chip and I did that.

We were discussing the episode on procrastination. I don't know where the conversation went,

but somebody suggested that we do an episode on sobriety and social media and the internet

and addiction. And we were like, fabulous. We're meeting tomorrow. We'll do it.

So here we are doing just that. Don't say we're not responsive.

Yeah. So thank you so much to our sober for life members who suggested that. I really enjoy

those discussions. It's really good to kind of get what they kind of got out of the episode and

that kind of stuff. Gives people a chance to sort of sometimes ask questions about something

they didn't quite understand or, although I find that very hard to comprehend that they would

think that. But nevertheless, just a bit of elaboration on some points as well that some people

made. So yeah. yeah, that's good.
