I'd like to welcome you to episode 127 of my podcast, who's paying attention.

Obviously, the big story right now is Charlie Sheen is HIV positive, I'll get to that but I'm going to go

ahead and talk about terrorism and the attacks in France and the attack in Beirut which we didn't

really get the same coverage as France nor did the 147 Kenyan students killed back in April.

And now there's, you know, some question on the media as to why those other didn't get as, other attacks don't get as much attention.

And I think it's just because France is much closer to home, because the Europeans live our lifestyle or similar lifestyle to us.

We and Europeans are allies and lumped together in these terrorist threats from ISIS and any other terrorist group.

And, you know, European white people are in the U.S.

Now, it's very interesting that it's France because

if I remember 10 years ago, we were talking about freedom fries. Remember freedom fries?

Because we didn't want to call them French fries and all that nonsense. But, you know, we've evolved

since then, I hope we've kind of learned, and we're all in this world together.

And the France attacks were horrible.

And, you know, I could go on and on about that.

But we know.

Okay, we already know.

Now, very interesting, I don't know.

If it's interesting, is it surprising that there were the Republican presidential candidates

just shifted to asshole right after the attacks, just couldn't wait.

You had Newt Gingrich, not a candidate in this one, but in the last election, he did well,

got a TV show, and that's all they do this for.
