Welcome to another episode of nostalgia.

And now, as always, it's your host, Kelly Williams, and we are talking Love is Blind. After next week, these Love is Blind recaps will become like a pop culture episode. So I do have, um, sorry everyone, I do have interviews lined up, but I do want to actually have like pop culture episodes too. So it'll likely be two episodes a week. They might both come Monday. They might be spread out. We're going to see how the scheduling goes. But if anyone listening, like eventually goes on Love is Blind, can you please invite me to your wedding? I will travel. I will sign whatever I need to sign. I promise you I won't tell anyone. I just want to go. I want to go to a love is buying wedding more than anything in this world. But we start with Emma and Mike and we know that Emma says I do. Well, Mike says basically I don't. He says, Emma, I do. And then he pauses like a motherfucker and he goes, I do love you, but right now I'm not ready to say I do. I want kids and I want to know you definitely 100% want to have a family with me. I don't want to jump into something and change down the road. It's hard because I, I, you know, but I'm sorry. And I actually think this is the right thing to do. He seems to be like really rude to her on

Instagram though. I guess I'm curious to see what happened between the ending of filming and the

reunion because like I said, Mike has been going like pretty hard at her on Instagram. And I like

Emma. I still like Emma. People seem to not like Emma on social media, but she doesn't bother me at all.

I mean, at least Emma looked beautiful and will eventually find someone who wants to not have kids together.

That is just the whole issue here. Is one wanted children, one didn't want children.

But Emma's mom goes to check up on her and Mike says that they're not ready because the issue with

kids. Emma said she couldn't say no to him because she loves him. You know, Mike goes to find Emma and her whole family hugs him. Like it was actually a nice moment that could have been really bad. Like it could have been like, oh, fuck you. You broke my daughter's heart. I hate you for life. But they didn't do that instead Instead, they just gave him a hug and they kept it moving. And then I saw, like, Mike's family hugging Emma's family. And again, it was a really nice moment. Mike's mom says, I know my son cares about your daughter. They're trying to work out the issue about kids. And Emma's mom says, it's bigger for Mike. And I get that. And I want him to have kids. Again, just like a sweet moment because usually when they all say no to each other, it's not always sweet. Or if one says yes and one says no, I should have said. Because we know how it looks sometimes when someone says yes and the other person says no, it's not always like a cute moment to say the least. And kind of what I said, you know, in my notes

I wrote, I feel like this is the nicest families have ever been to one another. And Mike keeps pushing

that if they do get married, it has to be 100% she wants children. He's like, it can't be 99 and 1%.

It has to be 100%. And you have your points and you have your reasons and I respect them and I respect you.

I just can't say yes without knowing, Mike says. And Emma seems to really think that they're going to

figure this out and be together. She says, love is a choice. And when you choose to be with someone,

you choose to make those decisions together. I see a future with him and I know I could get there. But again, Mike just wanted
