I am really excited about today's topic. I love every single interview I do, but this one in particular

is one that I personally learned a lot and it's really got me inspired. The topic is how the Charmed City buyers are making money and making a difference.

I interview Khalil Ucta and Kira Gray.

They are better known as the Charm City buyers, and they invest in Baltimore, Maryland,

and they had before the age of 30 owned enough rental properties that produce cash flow that

they could have just hung it up. They could just go sit on a beach somewhere and lots of cash flow

coming in. They made some amazing progress very quickly. But they have a bigger mission.

And part of their mission is impacting their community, bringing other other investors along

with them so they can build generational

wealth, and then making a difference beyond just owning one house, but investing and

developing some of their community. So part of that for profit, part of that nonprofit with

affordable housing, I'm going to let them tell you a lot of what they're up to. But I just want

to give you a preview. This is going to be an awesome episode. You're going to learn a lot about just X's and O's of how they got started, how they got
