DIY dugout. Today's recipe comes from Brooke Carnegie at Synergyoils.net and the recipes for a balance rollerball.

To make the balance roller ball, combine five drops each of Northern Lights Black Spruce,

frankincense, and lavender essential oil. Combine in a 10-millimeter roller ball topped with a carrier

oil of your choice or use this blend in your

diffuser.
