This one is all about computer games or video games and we'll be looking at

games from the early days of Space Invaders and Pac-Man all the way up to the

games industry of today which in fact is worth more than the movie industry

globally worth more than the music industry worth more than the DVD industry and

worth more than the book industry that That's right, the computer games media industry is one of the biggest

entity, in fact I think it may be the biggest entertainment industry that we have in the world today.

But what do people really think of games? It seems that many people believe

that computer games are just something that is used or done by kind of geeky teenage boys with no friends who never go outside, never see

the sun and just spend all of their time indoors, kind of playing games, maybe learning how to become a murderer or

something like that is that what you think of games or do you have a different

opinion I wonder so let's see I'm going to be talking to you about the kind of

history of games at the beginning and I'll give my own kind of personal

history of computer games and then after that I'm going to go on to kind of discuss a few different questions that relate to to gaming.
