But I also have an important message, I think, to start off the show,

something, a little something I want to say. I want to yield a little time for myself here at the top.

I want to try to give name to my feelings and hope that it helps begin a conversation that I look

forward to having with you at tonight's hangout.

Today is a really great day for the hangout and an essential reminder of why this community

is so important to me.

And I know many of you because I know we want to come together and talk about what's

happening in California.

But I just have to say something that I think will begin that conversation and gives me a way to name my feelings and hopefully you permission to name yours similarly.

Hopefully this resonates.

Sometimes you're feeling a bit down and there's the obvious reasons and then there are other reasons around it that you're not always positive.

But I think

generally I feel slightly better upon the realization and recognition of what causes me to feel

anger or sadness or frustration. I feel a little bit better when I know exactly what is the issue here. What is the primary factor of why
