It's midwinter in North Dakota. This is when

Lewis and Clark were really hunkering down for a couple of months of very

limited outdoor activity. They hunted, some of them made their way to the Mandan and Hidatsa villages for festivals and for female companionship,

but mostly they stayed in the confines of Fort Mandan and just got through what for them must have been the most brutal

winter of their lives.

and who is pretty upset. He's a Jeffersonian. He reads Latin and is studying Greek and so on,

no full representation in Congress by the 700,000 or so citizens of the District of Columbia.

Oh, I went to get a job with a film company. I didn't know that. Yes, I lived to I think it was 1718 Church Street right off DuPont Circle.

Well that's a beautiful. I love staying at DuPont Circle. It's my favorite part of the city.
