Hello everyone and welcome to another edition of Warmest Stories podcast.

I am your host John DeLin.

It is February 20th, 2020 and I am very delighted to begin what I think is a pretty important

few episodes on Warmest Stories podcast.

For those of you who don't know, who have been under a rock or who don't have internet

access, it is February 20th, 2020 but yesterday, February 19th, 2020, the Mormon Church, the

LDS Church, released a new online version of their Church General Handbook of Instructions.

So basically in the past, the church, in the long past, the church had this secret handbook

that it used for its priesthood leaders to kind of govern the church and how it works

and all its policies and it was printed out and updated regularly and wards and stakes

had copies.

If you have been following the Mormon internet for the past 10 or 15 years, it started to become

common for excerpts of the handbook to be leaked and shared on the internet in ways

that became embarrassing to the church.
