Man, lots happened in surfing since we last recorded.

I think it's been three weeks.

Last week, Scott and I were going to record after Rio.

And then, you know, the event got pushed back towards the end of the week.

Scott's been sick.

There's been a number of things that have prevented us from meeting and bringing you this show. But here it is. Thrill to be back. So yeah, in today's show, the news was released

this morning that Kelly Slater's Wave Pool, which has been a hot topic of conversation,

has actually been purchased by the WSL, the World Surf League. So we've got that to discuss.

We've got the OI Rio Pro to discuss.

We have the upcoming Fiji event to discuss, but kind of more importantly or certainly more newsworthy at the moment is that it was 15 foot at cloud break the last couple of days.

And lots of things happened there.

Aaron Gold almost died and gives us a lot to look forward to, not in relation to Aaron's

incident, but just with that swell, gives us a lot to look forward to with the WCT events

that are coming in the next couple of weeks.
