And she, her husband passed very unexpectedly 12 years ago, I guess so she would have been 55.

And that really sort of changed the retirement plans and almost kind of thrust her into retirement, I guess, a little sooner than she was expecting. As you'll hear, her work was

very accommodating and let her do this transition sort of part-time thing, which ended up working out

well and had other resources available to help her through the, you know, loss of her

husband at the time. So it's a great chat. And in addition to going over the typical standard

questions I ask everyone on these things, there was a lot of good insight. And Jane was very

gracious in sharing her personal experiences with going through, you know, loss of a spouse
