tuning in today. On today's show we are going to be talking about how you can manage multiple

option positions without having to be in front of your screen all day.

And the reason I want to do this episode today

is because I wanted it to be on the heels of episode

number 125, or show number 125, which we did last week week about how you can learn how to trade

options by using those frameworks or concepts that we talked about in the last show and

then starting to apply these now and starting to minimize the time that's required to actually make trades or

monitor positions, I think there's a couple things that we can go through and start talking

about today that might help out.

So again, the whole idea here is just to help you

guys get a little bit more time back in your day and hopefully manage positions

in the process. Now on my end I can tell you guys a lot about how I manage my time and how I run my day, but ultimately I try to tell people

in coaching and also in courses that I don't spend a lot of my time actually trading. This is probably why I have

time to spend time with my kids and my wife and why I have time to even do these

podcasts during the day. So like I'm recording this in the middle of the trading day.

It's like 1145 right now when I'm recording this.

And you know, the kids are playing.

My wife has the kids right now, and then we're going to go grab lunch.
