through hiker. I am a peakbacker. I am a huge hiking nerd. And every single week on this podcast,

you know what we do. We chat with other through hikers and other peakbackers

and other hiking nerds about their experiences on the trail. Now, this is a bit of a different

episode. So I actually recorded this episode with my good friend and this week's guest, Luke,

Lil Otter, McKay. We recorded this back in September of this year shortly after I got home from the PCT.

Now, for those of you that don't know, Luke was the one behind the scenes taking care of the editing of my PCT videos this summer.

It was so awesome working with him. We talk all about what it was like putting together all the videos and how we pulled all that off.

And then we also talked quite a bit about the Appalachian Trail in the second half of the

episode because Luke has hiked the Appalachian Trail. And so it was kind of fun to reminisce on

that. Like I said, Luke and I recorded this episode back in September. At the time, I hadn't

launched the show yet, again, or relaunch the show, I guess. And so I didn't know when it was going to come out.

I didn't know what episode number it was going to be, but I knew it was going to come out at some point.

And, well, here we are.
