I KNOW you're here because you have a heart for helping people. You genuinely want to make a difference. BUT, there are two things you might be doing that are actually NOT helping people – in fact, they're holding them back!
Ever feel like a human Google search? STOP IT. When you constantly hand out answers, you're robbing people of the chance to think critically and grow. Good leaders ask good questions. If someone isn't willing to look for answers, they might not be ready to lead. And that's okay! But YOU get to decide where to invest your time.
This one stings a little…You can't want success for someone more than they want it for themselves. If you're constantly dragging people to trainings, following up for them, or investing time in someone who won't take action… that's not helping. That's enabling.
