June so far. I thought we could make this episode a lot about just June goals, things that I loved

So I figured we could tie that into today's episode. As you can see in today's episode title, we're back with another sip and spill episode. So I'm here with my sister Madison again. Hi. Welcome back to the podcast. You guys loved the last episode so much that, of course, we had to bring it back for another monthly episode. So we're both going to be sharing our goals.

We're going to be talking about things that we loved this past month. And yeah, just talking about romanticizing our life. Today we're drinking lemon water. We're kind of being boring today. But we're still romanticizing it. We're romanticizing our water. Yeah. I feel like we could have just had a basic water. but of course we add some lemon to spice it up.

Now, I feel like we could have just had a basic water, but of course we add some lemon to spice it up. Now, I feel like refreshers are something that, like, I'm obsessed with right now going into the summer season. So I feel like you can add so much fruit in your water and it would just taste 10 times better. Yeah, like cucumbers, strawberries. Yeah, like there's so many fun ways. Watermelon? Yeah, watermelon. You could add mint. Oh, yeah. Mint, strawberry, and lemon. Wow. I don't have any of that. I only have lemon. But next time I go to the grocery store, I can pick that up. You can also add, like, electrolytes to make it taste a little bit more. I like lemon lime water. Oh, yes, that's a good one. I just love all like soda drinks with lemon and lime. Yeah, it just like makes water taste a just a little bit better. And I feel like it's easier to get your water intake in when you spice it up. So before we talk about our personal goals for the month of June, we're going to talk about
