different. I am sitting in Big Sky, Montana, in my jammies, drinking my coffee, watching the

sunrise over Lone Peak Mountain and I'm by myself

everybody else is still asleep it's just such a cozy morning we're actually leaving today

and it's my birthday so I turned 53 today and I am just so emotional. I'm so very grateful to be where I am in my life.

I'm so very grateful to have spent the last week with my family making beautiful, amazing memories.

I told them this week we had an amazing time

and we had on New Year's Eve we sat around the table and each shared what we were proud of

and it had me thinking so much about how these people are my dream come true. And I was talking to my daughter, Ellie, this morning.

She's actually in New York City. She took a train to New York City. She planned this whole

trip by herself. She's a dancer. Planned the whole trip by herself with a friend to go take

dance classes in New York City. So I was just FaceTiming with her.

And, you know, she's out there making her dreams come true. And I told her, I said, I can't even

believe that we have, that we've just been blessed to have so many amazing people in our family.

And she said, I know we have the best people. And so my heart is just so full.

I'm so grateful. I've been thinking back on the last year, I really have had such an

incredible year in so many ways. We had a record year in our business. We've been able to

help more women in life mentoring school

than we've ever helped before. We launched life mentoring school coach training certification,
