And I'm aside from probably getting injured in the gym, if you ever have, you know, I guarantee you probably have never gone in there, gotten a workout in even if it's 30, 40, 20 minutes, whatever it is and said, wow, I really wish I didn't do that work. And I feel horrible now and you know a, a lot of times people, I find make excuses and, like, they say they don't have time and they're like, it's hard to get into the gym. But once you do, you're going to feel great. So get yourself in there. That's it. For my quote, success is not final. Failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts. I think that's huge because a lot of people in fitness, business, no matter what you have it, they think success is something you can kind of reach and just maintain that and then that's good enough. And even I had a prospect coming yesterday to potentially start personal training. And he has this goal for three months. I said, listen, I'll take care of you.

But it's important what you do after those three months, too. You know, I don't want you to become so consumed with this goal that you think you can just, you know, floor it and then let off the gas and coast. You know, once you get to that success, it's not, you know, your final destination. You need to build off that.
