I know I shared my story at some element, but I feel like it's something that just a lot of women go through.

And I think that it's like

this silent cross and you don't know what it is until you go through it or a close loved one

goes through it and I currently have a friend that just went through a miscarriage and my heart's

just been breaking for her and I've been wanting to help and just you feel helpless even when

you've gone through it yourself you don't know what to say or do and um yeah I think just being

with people is the best we can do right now I saw something that um was posted on Instagram and I

retweeted it and then Christelina and I both in that last episode,

Crystalina and I talked to the hearts of women that have miscarried,

because she's miscarried a couple of babies.

I had her on when we did the Catholic Creative series.

She wrote something really beautiful

with her new baby that I reposted on my Insta story, Insta feed. I don't know what you call that.

You know, the little circle thing on Instagram. Anyhow, she says, one year ago today, we were due to

have a baby. Losing her to miscarriage broke me apart and rebuilt me into something new.

I see the world differently because of that experience, and thank God for the brief and beautiful

song Cecilia played into our life. Needless to say, holding Kiara today feels surreal. Her light has

renewed me in ways I didn't even know I needed. So deeply

grateful, I'll always have a heart for mothers who have lost babies and miscarriage or birth.
