Really, I got my base layer of sunburn on Saturday when I was coaching my son's flag football game and we won.

And really, I got it, it was James who made the play of the game.

The offense kind of started sputtering, you know, looked like we were going to run away with it, got down to 18 to 12.

The defense also was really struggling to pull flags, really.

And James had a big interception, returned it to about two yards away.

And the offense was able to punch it in from there and secure the victory, the first one of the season.

There's only the third game, so big play, exciting. Those are the fun, the fun dad moments when, you know, Isabella kills it in a performance on stage.

Or when James makes a, makes a highlight real play.

Of course, there's no video of it, so I can't see the highlight, but it's probably good because I know I jumped up in the air and did some sort of fist pump thing that probably I would not want to see on video.

But so that was, that was my base layer on Saturday and then Monday, I did some, the first time I've ever done background acting for a movie called Valentine's Town, which was shot in downtown Dunedin.

I had to get up at four in the morning because I had a 630 call time and I'm very, very, it's very important to me that I show up 15 minutes early.

So I was, I was up very early, spent good at eight hours on set and decent man outside.

I didn't get terribly sunburned because they had shade. I just, it was a really beautiful day.

So I kind of just enjoyed walking around a little bit and there's a nice breeze. It was probably high 70s or something.

And then on Tuesday, I, I did pawn stars do America.
