Hello and welcome to the physician assistant exam review podcast. My name is Brian Wallace. I'm the host and creator here at physician assistant exam review. And it has been almost a year since I released the last podcast and I was back in January of 2024, but that was a interview I did with a previous student, not really a content-specific podcast like I'm

0:39.6

traditionally been doing here behind the microphone. So it occurred to me that I needed to get

0:44.3

another episode out in 2024 for you. I absolutely love doing the podcast. It is a ton of fun,

0:52.4

but as you know, it's a lot of work to put the information

0:54.7

together, to do this, to sit down and put it together. And I've been doing so much else this year,

1:00.0

so many other things, so many other great opportunities have come up for me at physician assistant

1:03.3

exam review. For example, I have been traveling to different PA programs around the country,

1:09.2

helping students in live workshops,

1:11.4

helping students one-on-one, helping faculty develop curriculum around the things that I teach,

1:18.0

around the things that they're doing. And the biggest one, though, the most, the thing that takes

1:22.6

the majority of my time is the 33 days program, which you may or may not be aware of, but is the sort of the boot camp

1:29.2

program I run about four times a year. This year, it was five times because of demand to, quite

1:34.6

honestly, people were reaching out asking me to run another one. And it's a boot camp I run for

1:39.2

preparation for the pants, but really it's to teach the different skills that we cover at physician assistant

1:45.3

exam review. It's to teach things like advanced study techniques, test taking approach and

1:52.7

skills, anxiety management, peak performance for exam day, all these things that go into creating

1:59.3

the best possible student to show up on exam day to take their test.

2:03.3

And I've been able to see just miraculous scores come across the board.

2:07.6

In fact, I had someone just this morning email me.

2:10.4

I can't remember if they're on their second or third pants attempt,

2:13.8

but they went up 44 points to finally pass the pants after going through the 33 days program,

2:21.6

the November program was really exciting to get that email with someone who worked
