speaking to him, mate. I know he's a massive boxing fan, he's a liveepus, and they're all boxing fans up there and yeah, looking forward to this one.

Yeah, they have to be, didn't they? Because as I said to you, I was like, do you think he's a boxing fan? And're like yeah they have to be if you're from

Liverpool it's partly it's law and you got you got to be into it part of the culture

mate is like you know I had the pleasure of boxing up in Liverpool once at the St George's Hall

the first time they'd ever put boxing on there what years ago back in 94 is a

multinational tournament when I was an amateur oh yeah mate they're just so passionate

about the sport it's unbelievable and then obviously as my career has got a lot and doing loads of commentary etc.

Like we're up there a lot and yeah they're the most passionate people about the sport I think in the country.

Yeah, well we've been up there loads and we've seen quite a few Bellevue fights up in Liverpool.

In the atmosphere for those fights, as you say, the whole city seems to come out for

the support of their own fighters, didn't they?

And the atmosphere is, yeah, some of them,

some of the most exciting I've ever experienced
