He has authored over 400 original publications, book chapters, and medical books, has received several patents, and performs several dozen heart surgeries per year.
You can say that he keeps a very busy schedule between his show, podcast, traveling, speaking, seeing his patients, and operating heart surgeries. So how does he do it all?

1:13.0 | I think anybody who has to work their brain like exercising, lifting weights, playing a sport, you'll get fatigued and there's that optimal place you want to be with working your mind. |
1:23.0 | And that for me is one of the secrets. I do not work my mind 24-7. |
1:26.0 | I'm very disciplined, very measured in the time that I let my brain go. |
1:32.0 | And I think it's one of the biggest secrets I can share with listeners. |
