Welcome to the happiness podcast. I'm Dr. Robert Puff. Our minds have such an ability to

0:16.6

influence our lives. It's amazing how powerful our minds and our thoughts can be.

0:21.6

And how we look at the world will shape our world.

0:25.0

So in today's episode, we're going to look at the power of our minds

0:29.0

Now let's talk about Lotus.

1:30.3

Lotus is told by her parents over and over again that she is so smart.

1:35.0

She's brilliant.

1:35.8

She can just be anything she wants in life because she is

1:38.7

1:42.2

And she does. She does well in school. She keeps being
