1:17.2	The Chapter 2 season 7 FNCS begins this week, and while most of our competition in format will stay the same as previously
1:25.7	announced we are making a change in our rules regarding player eligibility.
1:30.5	In previous seasons players who received a competitive ban of 30 days or longer during the season were ineligible to participate in the current FNCS season and immediately subsequent FNCS season, beginning with Chapter 2 season season.
1:43.0	Beginning with Chapter 2, Season 7, FNCS, and moving forward,
1:47.0	any player who receives a competitive ban of 14 days or longer during the season
