Summary
"It's amazing how your energy comes back when you fight for it."
In this vulnerable solo episode, Heather shares a raw and reflective update on life, leadership, and the lessons she witnessed firsthand at her recent mentor and team retreat. Including what happened when her community stepped into a guided psilocybin experience without her.
She opens up about the difference between living in your life versus working on your life, and why emotional independence, energetic alignment, and courageous action are non-negotiable if you want to feel truly alive.
🩶 Why investing in your future requires emotional discomfort
🩶 The power of emotional support systems and why she built her mentorship model around them
🩶 Redefining failure, choosing courage over control, and trusting yourself again
This is your reminder that numbing out might feel safe, but aliveness lives on the other side of fear.
