Exam Review podcast. I just looked up and realized that this would be the last

show before the new year. So I had to take a minute at the front and just say

thank you. Thank you for an amazing

2023 and what is hopefully going to be an amazing 2024. Thank you for

being part of the community. Thank you for letting me be part of your journey. Thank you for letting me be part of your journey.

Thank you for sharing with me, your struggles, your fears, and your successes.

Thank you for letting me do what I love to do, which is to learn and teach and facilitate your growth.

I am incredibly thankful that I get to do all of this and I had an incredible

2023 and before that 2022 is I started to work more closely and more directly with students than I ever had in the past 10 years.

Through the 33 days to pass the Pants program, I worked directly with hundreds of students over the last two years. I started

doing more small group trainings. I was fortunate enough to get to visit and work with

three different schools. I got to go to visit and work with three different schools.

I got to go to Ashland, Ohio, and work with the students there.

Duquesne University in Pittsburgh

and Pace University in New York and work with the students there.

And it was such a blast to get to meet them, to get to work with them,

and to get through, go through all of this information and help facilitate their journeys

and then it's even better of course is to get through email responses telling me how

scores are going up how things are going well how they're implementing some of the things that I taught. It's just so much fun and I really do appreciate it.
