I've always been interested in brain health and neurology,

especially because I have a family history

of neurodegenerative disease.

My grandmother had Parkinson's on my dad's side and then on my mom's side,

my grandfather had Alzheimer's.

I also had a head injury when I was in eighth grade and had

amnesia for like 12 hours. So it affected, I think it affected my brain

health that whole following year. I'd always been like a

straight A student and then I got an F in math and algebra that year which was just so unheard of for me.

My parents weren't even upset because they were like,
