I'm Flash Bay sitting here in pretty much an A10 pilot's dream basement.

Sitting here with Colonel Retired Woody Oaks, A10 pilot, C-130 pilot, basically pilot all the way through to the end of your career.

Currently, a consultant speaker, keynote speaker, focusing on kind of some leadership.

Really excited to sit down and talk to you.

So as we kind of get started, kind of a fireside chat, a little new in person for myself.

But if you don't mind, kind of talk to us through your military career.

What got you started?

Why did you do it? And then kind of a little bit of a bio career what got you started why did you do it and then

kind of a little bit of a bio and then what's you doing now you know i still remember summer of

1985 as a basic trainee at the academy and you know learning about all these vietnam and before heroes

and i got stuck in my mind and my dad had flown to Vietnam.

And so that was kind of how I ended up to the academy.
