I'm a junior in high school, living in the town of Alberta, Canada.

I've been in a relationship with my boyfriend for 5 years now.

My story starts this last April when I was walking home for my boyfriend's house.

Usually here, we don't have any issues with creeps or assault or anything like that.

So I've never really been afraid of walking the 15 minutes to get home.

It was around 10-20pm at the time, and I'm jamming out to Kanye with one air butt in.

While texting my boyfriend, so I wasn't paying too much attention to my surroundings.
