We've got Napoleon Hill author of the classic Think and Grow Rich on this show today.

And today's I'll talk about going the extra mile.

You know, there are those businesses, those restaurants, those bars where they go the extra mile.

They go the extra mile to know your name, to bring out a free dessert, to bring out some extra bread,

to send you a postcard after you make a purchase.

They do a little bit more than everybody else.

They do a little bit more than what's expected.

And those are the businesses that you go back to over and over and over again.

So you got to ask yourself, are you applying that to your life or to your business?

Well, the first half of the evening is devoted to going extra mile.

And of course, as you know, that means they're rendering a more service and better service on your paid to render,

doing it all the time and doing it in a pleasant, pleasing, metal attitude.

Now, one of the reasons why there are so many failures in the world today is that the majority of people

do not even go the first mile, let alone the second one.

And oftentimes, if they do go the first mile, they gripe as they go along and make themselves a darn nuisance.

People run.

I said, darn nuisance.

I suppose you know the type, because that doesn't apply to any of you, because if you were like that before you got into this philosophy,
