I said in the introduction to the show, and I will say it again now, that I think a lot of Catholics are conflicted about mental health professionals, about medications for mental illness,

because psychology and spirituality are so close. They're right next to each other,

and sometimes probably overlapping. So people are not sure which is the thing for the priest, which is the thing for the psychologist, which is the thing for the hospital, which is the thing for confession, you know, like, or do I just need to have more faith?

So I want to talk about all that with you, but maybe you could just start with what the Catholic Psych Institute is.
