0:00.0	Hi everyone I hope you all doing so well and welcome back to the criminal makeup podcast.
0:14.4	Each episode we dive into the minds of some of the worst criminals in history and today's case took place back in 2019 and at the time a woman called Sarah Barris was a seemingly single mom of six children.
0:29.6	Everyone said how much of an amazing mom she was like she was a single mom she was doing
0:34.2	it all on her own raising these six children but she didn't just raise her
0:37.6	children on her own no Sarah had her brother Brandon help her raise her
0:42.2	children Brandon just lived down the street and he was a really good uncle
0:46.0	he would just pop in every day help her out where he could
0:50.0	and he was trying to be like a father figure to these six children.
0:54.4	However, there was some dark secrets in this household.
0:59.2	The relationship between Sarah and Brandon, so sister and brother, was very suspicious.
1:07.1	And their secret little world, their house of cards, was about to come crashing down and a plan was formed to hide this secret world
1:16.7	that included all six of the children and sadly it would end in tragedy and I'm not going to say any more than that and let's jump in.

1:30.0	Sarah Barras was born in 1984, an exact date of birth is not known, and she grew up in the city of Sheffield in the UK, and pretty much from the moment Sarah was born there was chaos.
1:43.0	Sarah was one of five children and all five children had different fathers
1:48.0	and there was just never any stability in the house,
1:51.0	especially when he came to her mom's boyfriends and none of the fathers as far as I'm aware
1:55.7	none of the five fathers wanted anything to do with their children and Sarah grew up in a household
2:01.2	along with her four other siblings, her four other half siblings.
2:04.7	So I should stress that, they all have the same mom but different dads, so they're half siblings.
2:08.2	Not that it makes it any better. So Sarah grew up in a household with her four siblings and there was just no rules of the house.
2:15.6	It was complete chaos and when I say no rules, I mean no rules.
