| 0:00.0 | This is Dale Jr. and you're listening to DirtyMo Radio. |
| 0:07.0 | Hey everybody, it's Dale Jr. from Daytona Monday morning. |
| 0:21.6 | That was just her terrible way to finish the race. |
| 0:24.6 | You ever want to spin out and crash, but sometimes I guess it's going to happen. |
| 0:31.6 | First off, we were really surprised by how handling was such a factor in the race on Sunday. |
| 0:40.6 | The reason why that was such a curveball is because we ran down limited at night. |
| 0:45.6 | We now run the duels at night. |
| 0:48.6 | The duels we used to run at the daytime and that was such a good measuring stick to how your car was handling and how much work you needed to do. |
| 0:57.6 | It's really got a lot of guys scrambling to do a lot more practice on Friday and Saturday. |
| 1:02.6 | Well, now we run the duels at night mainly because the networks like that time slot, we all don't really handle bad. |
| 1:13.6 | Our car is handling good at night and so nobody's freaking out and there's no practicing on Friday and Saturday and then we race on Sunday and everybody's surprised. |

| 1:30.6 | A little bit tight off of term 2, but the wind was really the big factor for why it was tight off of 4. |
| 1:36.6 | A lot of guys are loose. At Daytona, you trim the cars out. So what you're doing is trying to drop the back of the car. |
| 1:43.6 | You pull the fenders in on the front so you don't really have much down force. You flatten out the splitter. |
| 1:48.6 | You do a lot of things just for pure speed and a straight line. |
| 1:53.6 | So the cars and a lot of guys are really loose and a lot of guys are really tight. |
| 1:57.6 | The 24 spun out, he pushed and then snapped and the 22 saw him pushing real bad off of term 4 after a few laps. |
| 2:08.6 | But I think that's why the load line was so good. We've been using the top and making the top work real good and all the races all through speed weeks. |
| 2:17.6 | But for whatever reason, the load line was where you had to be. The outside worked at the end of the race and I thought it was working for me right before we wrecked. |
| 2:27.6 | The Gibbs cars got up there and got up front and they just held that track position. I think once you get up front, it's real hard for somebody to get up there and take it from you. |
| 2:37.6 | That's where we needed to be but we couldn't hold it. We couldn't stay there. |
