Before we dive into our animals, I have some follow-ups.

Okay. Previously, on Just the Zoo of Us, on the last episode that you and I did together, Christian,

you talked about the acorn woodpecker.

I did.

David Roberts, the person who requested this animal, followed up after our episode to say,

first of all, great episode.

Thank you. David also said, sometimes acorn woodpeckers do put many acorns in one hole.

Oh.

Though the most famous example of that, it seems like they couldn't get the acorns back out afterward.

And David included a link to a video, which I showed you earlier of an antenna absolutely

overloaded with acorns that had been deposited there by woodpeckers.

So, yeah, I thought that was a cute little follow-up, too.

We had wondered why they only put one acorn in each hole.

I guess it's a minimized chances of that happening.
