What was the inspiration for this one?

The inspiration for this book really came from what I saw as a

need for women to embrace self-care, to slow down. I think that there's a force that women move with around like doing too much and I think that you can achieve more by slowing down and being more intentional and embracing some of the

feminine forces that help us to actually create. So I set out to write the book that sort of helps me with the principles that I use in my own life

so that other people could do that themselves.

I love it and I will admit wholeheartedly that I do battle with those same forces every single day.
