Thank you so much for spending some time with me today. I'm going to be talking about one of my favorite

topics, which I feel like I say that about all my topics, but it is, which is all about your inner mean girl, inner mean guy, that voice in your head?

Does any of this sound familiar?

The narrative in your mind, you can't do it, why even try, you're not good

enough, you're not pretty enough, you're not thin enough, you'll never lose the weight,

you'll never accomplish what you want. You are not as

pretty as this person, as talented as that person. Why aren't you doing this or

that with your not doing This is exhausting. So let's take it from the top.

First of all, what is that voice in your mind?

What does it say, right?

This is the negative, the fear-based voice in your head, saying all of those

things that I was just saying, how you can't do it, right? And that the reason you haven't gone after your dreams, so much of it is because this

inner mean chick doesn't think that you deserve it.

Keeps you living small. Comp comparing you to other people.

It's really about doubt, giving you so much doubt

about your capability and really what you deserve.
