Chris used to come crash at Roberts Place, New York.

And when I would play it in the city or had some studio work, sometimes I would crash

at Rob's Place.

And that was just the spot, man. So it was like when we happened to be there together,

sometimes cats would just do different things. That's how the first experiment, I was getting

together even happened, a random gig at 55 bar. So Chris would get something in, like we would just

invite. I didn't really have any really gigs back then under my name, you know, but Chris was starting to get some calls too, so when he'd have something we would play. You know, Rob had something, you know, we would just play. You know, it was just that type of thing. So it was kind of nondescript, but the sound and the spirit was just all kind of just experiment hybrid type thing man and how old were you
