Father Gregory, how are you doing?

Ha, I'm doing well.

Let's see, this past weekend I went to Obwalden

as the name of the Canton for a little retreat and I made a pilgrimage to the holy sites of Saint Nicholas of flu who is the patron saint of Switzerland and he lived in the middle of the 15th century.

He kept Switzerland from devolving into a state of civil war and some miracles are attributed to him since then,

specifically like protecting Switzerland during the Second World War.

But yeah, I visited the church where he was baptized, the church where it rolled his hermitage, I visited the church where his body is, and then just did a little walk around the lake next to the town where he lived.

And it was really beautiful. It was a place of great peace. And I didn't realize that I had been desirous of such peace until I had it. I was like wow yeah this day is great and I'm happy and there are ducks in this lake and when they're ducks on the lake unless you're holding call field things are things are really looking up. So it was great.
