Oh, hi. So happy to be here with you today to talk about becoming a coach.

I am going to bring on in just a moment a few amazing ladies who are going to tell us a little bit about their experience of doing our coach training.

But I first want to start with these benefits that I wrote down. I'm so curious to hear too what our ladies
