1006. Now, on today's episode,

we're going to be talking about a topic that we've spoken about before and is something

which I think is really needs to be said again ultimately.

And that is about all the noise in the world, all the communication and all the things that we have to hear.

Now, what I've noticed is because we have so much information, it is hard to discern the difference between what is real, what is important, what is yours, what is for you, what is against you.

And we have to wake up to the narratives that are all around us in any given moment.

I remember when I was 18 years old and I was just came back from my hypnosis training.

And I was inspired. I was like, I want to my hypnosis training. And I was inspired.

I was like, I want to do hypnosis.

I've been walking on myself, letting go all my issues.

And I found this a magical tool, hypnosis.

And I was so, so excited. And one day I was sitting in my car with my best friend and I was talking about hypnosis I was saying look I'm really excited I want to help people

I've seen it work I have experienced the power of hypnosis on a number of occasions like from the quitting and

releasing of the blushing to letting go of the limiting belief that I wasn't enough and as I was

super super excited and you might resonate because you may have had a similar experience because my

friend just simply said do you actually expect to make

a full-time living out of this and it wasn't a question it wasn't something that they were

curious about it was really like do you really think you're going to be able to make this happen?

And in that moment, my dreams, my thoughts, my ideas, this sewer thing I was passionate about,

became smaller and smaller and smaller.

Just in that one conversation and just in that one sentence.
