0:02.8	I don't even remember what it was called.
0:04.6	You had the party of fighters and you leveled them up or something.
0:07.9	But the thing was, in the game there was an online chat option.
0:11.8	And at any moment you could look at the people chatting to see what they're talking about in the game.
0:16.5	Well, if you've played any game that has online chat options,
0:20.6	you know how toxic it can be.
0:22.8	And this place was no exception.
0:24.1	People were selling in-game gold that wasn't even possible.
0:27.0	It was just all scams.
0:28.3	Because there was no way to send gold to anyone in the game.
0:30.8	And there was just some real vile hatred spewed all over the place.
0:34.8	The thing is the people that did this felt like they could just hide behind their username
0:39.3	that they created a minute ago.
0:40.9	Because the worst case scenario was that they just might get banned from the game.
0:44.7	But I was a network security engineer.
0:47.7	And I wanted to see if there was a way to learn more about the people that were saying rude stuff in chat.
0:54.5	So I started a packet capture on my phone.
0:58.1	All network traffic coming in and out of the phone was captured.
1:01.3	And then I started looking through it.
1:03.6	It wasn't easy.
1:04.5	It's like looking for a needle in a haystack.
