Hello heroes and welcome to another exciting episode of One Shot. I'm James

Damato, your game master. This week we'll be playing Mythic Mortals by David

Sherduan. Last week when I gave the end of the show preview for Sick Nobigami, it's just going to start next week.

For now, we're going to be playing the wonderful Mythic Mortals,

as I mentioned before by David Chertoan.

And before we get rolling on that game, I want to talk about this system a little bit.

Now if you're all over the indie gaming web like me you might recognize sure duans work from some of his other projects like welcome minions or the 200 word RPG contest.

David has been a pillar in the online indie design community for some time.

During his time in the trenches, David has produced some fantastic games, and he's brought all that skill and experience

into his new project Mythic Mortals. Mythic Mortals is an action RPG in very much

the same vein as my beloved Feng Shui.

It's a rules light game built to be easy to understand

and it has rules that encourage player creativity in combat.

In Mythic Mortals players play as themselves as God-blooded heroes in the modern day

fighting against the kind of monsters you'd see in Clash of the Titans.

Each player has a wide array of awe-inspiring powers that are constantly shifting during combat.
