MARTINEZ RECIPE

1.5oz/45ml London Dry Gin
1.5oz/45ml Sweet Red Vermouth
1 bar spoon Maraschino Liqueur
2 dashes Orange Bitters

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon zest.
