I don't know about you, but I love baking.

And the easiest recipe I know and the one my friends like best is blueberry muffins.

People are very used to eating all sorts of pastries that contain an incredible amount of sugar.

Yet one of the things they love most about my cakes is the fact that I add very little sugar.
