Good morning. I know it may not be morning as you're listening to this, but it is morning as I'm recording, and I've got my first cup of coffee.

It's actually one of my favorite parts of the day. As much as I love walking, I do. that first cup of coffee and sitting is just magical.

And one of my favorite days with that first cup of coffee is usually a day or two before the end of the year.

Between Christmas and New Year, I'll go to Washington, D.C., and sit down on my

favorite coffee shop, Ebeneezers, it's a block away from Union Station. I'll get my coffee. I've got

my Moleskin notebook and a pencil, and I'll start dreaming about the upcoming year. I'll write down a few

things that I want to accomplish in the new year. My New Year's resolutions, my New Year's goals.

And I always leave Ebenezers on that particular morning with a lot of motivation. I'm energized. I'm excited about the

coming New Year because I've essentially mapped out transformation that I want to see happen

over the next 365 days.
