What is the best parent for holding, or what states are the best states to open your parent LLC or you're holding LLC and why? Okay, so he doesn't have anything in his name.

It's because he knows asset protection is key, especially when you're holding onto some very valuable assets, like the ones that Rich owns. Holding companies, they're meant to hold onto things. You can have a parent company also be a holding company. So let me explain this. If I go and buy real estate in Arizona, I'm going to set up an Arizona-based LLC because I'm holding real estate in Arizona. But Arizona doesn't have any

anniminity laws. And Arizona also doesn't provide all of the best tenant and landlord-friendly laws.

So what I can do is set up a parent company in the state of

Wyoming. So Wyoming is probably the best state because not only were LLCs formed in Wyoming in

1977, Wyoming also has what's called a court of chancery. So they have elected a court to deal

with homeowner cases or business owner cases as opposed to 12 random jurors

choosing your fate over over a case. So that's why we choose Wyoming. Why should business owners be
