Well, I was in New York earlier and I had a chance to talk to Ignat Sozhenitsyn, who's

Alexander Sozhenitsyn's son and Sozhenitsyn, of course, is the author of the famous book

The Gulag Archipelago.

I wrote a forward to that book, the Abridged Version, the 50th anniversary of the Abridged

Version and the 100th anniversary of the Sentinary of Sozhenitsyn's birth.

And I recorded the audio version of that forward for the audiobook in New York, but I also

had a chance to talk to Ignat about his experiences with his father, his experiences working

on his books, the effect that living in the shadow of his father and that book is had

on his life and on some of the historical consequences of the publication of the Gulag Archipelago.
