This is Monica Perez of the propaganda report here with Maddie the Vixen as I like to call her of the voluntary victims and we are collaborating.

We're really just exchanging ideas

on a book that we are reading.

So we're doing this one step at a time,

one chapter at a time, if you will, we are both reading Jordan Peterson's 12

rules for life and antidote to chaos. Now as somebody who is an anarcho capitalist morphing into a and a agora file, I frequently people misunderstand and think that Cass is something that I like, that that's essential to anarchy, but in reality, if you haven't ordered life and mind,

you don't really need that overarching control mechanism

that we seem to be going more and more towards.

And I have found in this book that there are a lot of really good points

about how to be a responsible person

and mental health will follow.

It's very old school.

So I'm going to start with the first chapter.

Stand up straight with your shoulders back.

I love it.

It starts with the basics, but first I should probably say,

hi Maddie, how you doing?

Hi, Monica.

I'm doing great.

And per the rule one, I'm doing great and per the rule one I literally just sat up straighter and I was able to take, guess what, a fuller breath.

Like it's something just so simple and physiological that happens when you have the proper posture to face the world and it's and it's craziness the chaos that's out there so.
