I'm your host, and today it's a 12 questions version of the podcast with William Byron of Hendrick Motorsports.

Can you believe this is already the fourth year of doing 12 questions with William Byron?

He's been around on the NASCAR scene that long already.

And he's always a good sport about doing the 12 questions when I ask. Such a nice guy, just a really humble dude and a very

unassuming guy. You wouldn't walk up to him and think, oh, that's a NASCAR driver, you know,

who's trying to be big time on me here. He's just a nice normal dude,

happens to be racing, and seems to be pretty down to earth. So anyway, let's see how he answered

this year's version of the 12 questions. All right, everybody, I'm here with William Byron,

and William, the first question is, are you an iPhone person or an Android person? And why?

I'm an iPhone person. I've never,

I don't think I've ever had an Android. I feel like it's such a, it's like an off brand version of an iPhone. I just don't think that's very good. I think they're slower and,

but I guess there are some benefits, but I've always had an iPhone yeah okay

I'm with you yeah all right so um we're here at in the garage and sometimes a fan might run into you

and they only have like a very brief chance to have an interaction with you like they might have

five seconds so yeah they could go for a selfie they could say something to you or they go for an

autograph what do you think is like the best way for them to use that time that brief time they have they could go for a selfie, they could say something to you, or they go for an autograph.

What do you think is like the best way for them to use that time, that brief time they have?

Man, I feel like, I don't know, I feel like autographs are so generic.

Either a picture or just a neat little tidbit about, you know, what you're doing, something that they know about what's going on.

I felt like when I was a kid and I came to races, the only way I was going to really connect to a driver was if I knew something, some fact about them or knew what was going on with their weekends.

So I think that's important to a driver.
