sentencing indefinitely. This move was expected. Trump was due to be sentenced on Tuesday,

but his lawyers and prosecutors both agreed that it could be postponed because they are moving

to the next phase in this case. Trump's lawyers want to file a motion to dismiss the case.

The judge agreeing to let them do that setting, a briefing schedule, prosecutors have already indicated
